Rules terrazas rentals
- Rules that must be followed by our guests.
- Pets are NOT allowed.
- The apartment is not delivered before the time indicated in the publication (5:00 p.m.) only suitcases can be received.
- It is not allowed to hang clothes, towels, etc. on balconies, corridors, windows.
- Only ONE vehicle per apartment, parking card must be carried in the vehicle.
- The hours of use of the pool is from 9 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. the card gives you access from 9 to 8:30 p.m. if you arrive 5 minutes before 9 no longer opens the door.
- You can have up to 3 visitors to join you in the pool.
- The pool is communal and residents and owners also make use of it so we ask you to use the area for a maximum of two continuous hours, please avoid staying more than 2 hours in a row or have gatherings longer than 2 hours in the pool area that prevent other people to enjoy the pool.
- This is not a hotel or resort.
- It is not allowed to bring glass containers, alcoholic beverages or food into the pool area.
- It is not allowed to bring speakers or sound equipment into the pool area.
- Smoking is only allowed on the balcony of the apartment and cigarette butts may be placed in the trash, DO NOT throw them in the garden.
- If you have any inconvenience with a tenant or the property infrastructure, please inform immediately by message or call, avoid making comments to neighbors or other guests and create rumors in the place.
- Promote a healthy and cordial coexistence.
- After 10pm it is not allowed to have music or television programs at high volume.
- After 9 p.m. delivery service no longer have access to the apartment, you must go to the main entrance to pick them up.
This is a family place, so respect for others is very important in order to continue offering the lodging service.
